Third Generation Plumbing and Air Conditioning did an excellent job explaining the type of unit I needed and installing in less than 24 hours. The installers answered all my questions and showed me how to work the new thermostat. Great company. And if you need financing, they are offing 0% interest for 60 months.

So just wanted to say a big thanks to Third generation plumbing. And AC. You guys did a great job coming out last minute and hooking me up with my new ac system. Within a couple days David came out and did a great job answering all my questions with no pressure for a sell He was very knowledgeable and experienced. They have a great 0% for 10 years. That really helped in my situation with funds being a little tight, the install went very quickly and efficiently. They kept it clean, Deandre in Shane. Thank you so much for your awesome job. Thank you guys. I hope more people reach out to you and realize what a great service you're offering everyone. So fast forward the installment went great trying to work with a office staff that doesn't return calls or Katie who doesn't want To hear about the last three calls you made to them, because they never called you back in as rude when she's trying to get to the point and you're trying to tell her you've called two times to get this scheduled only to be Toad, they will get back with me. I called them today and felt like I was the bad person when they've never reached out to me for my second inspection. I still feel they are good company, but their office staff.Needs to work on how they treat their paying customers

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The sad thing is this company is contracted through American Home Sheild. Here are the facts when dealing with AHS and ANY company that is contacted through them. Before they get there they are told and instructed to do as LITTLE work as possible. This was told to me from a technician. After they get there they pretend they can't find the issue or make a bigger one. In this case I had a technician Phil come out. I was happy to see he was an older gentleman bc my unit was a package unit. Immediately upon seeing it he started saying it was old. (Duh). He proceeded to tell me about how bad they are built and made. As he went to take the panel off, I kept telling him. That side does not open. It is not a panel. He didn't listen to me. He ripped it off my wall. Looked inside, realized it was not supposed to be open. He tried to shove it back in place but he bent it up. I asked him if he was going to fix that and he took out tape and tapped it up. Horrified I asked what else can he do. He said he would come back to fix it.
Here it is 2 weeks later. I called AHS and even though I pay for the most expensive package every month 120 plus a 135 service charge (more then the monthly charge now) so I paid 255 to have someone come and rip my stuff up. They said they have "no responsibility "called the company and the secretary even talk to me without my address. when I wanted to talk to manager stating someone damaged my property she told me he would call me back. Still waiting on that call back.
The sad thing is that all i wanted them to do was take responsibility and repair the damage THEY did. I know it is an old unit but the fact they take advantage of people out here especially woman. People should know not to do business with shaddy people and companies like this one and any other contracted through AHS. Pictures soon to be uploaded so everyone can see.

Yesterday a tech came out to our home to check into our shower leak. Our issue did not end up fixed since the tech gave wrong information to our home warranty company. They told our warranty company the shower knob would not come off due to improper care. That is crazy!! The knob is only a month old. All the tech had to do was take the knob off and see what was causing the leak. He could not get the knob off. How can a plumber not know how to remove a basic shower knob. He tried turning it and pulling it. All he had to was pull off the little piece on the front of the shower knob and then unscrew it. How can a plumber not know how to do that. I guess he was embarrassed he could not remove it so he said it would cost us $1000 to fix things. I called “The Third Generation Office” this morning and they did not seem to care. Never will we use this company!!

We had service today for a stopped faucet and Don V was our plumber. He was very professional and skilled, but also he cared to explain things and educate us before we made decisions. That's a big deal. Great company, seems honest, would use them again!

David was amazing! He came out and had my system diagnosed within 5 minutes, and repaired same the day. We will be calling Third Generation for all of our ac repairs going forward!

Alex and tanner came and replaced a piece of a tub drain for me and repaired a leaking toilet. They were courteous professional and left a clean area where they performed the work at when they were done. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing headaches

I was very disappointed with this company. It started on a Tuesday evening After Hours no one ever called no one ever returned anything finally I called back on a Thursday morning early and got a gentleman they sent someone out. The AC was froze up and there was a leak somewhere in the coils, so we were told the system was shut off they’d come back tomorrow and see what was going on. They didn’t shut the system off. It was still froze up so they had to come back. They were supposed to come back at the end of the shift on Friday no call no show, get someone on Monday. They were supposed to come out. They didn’t come out until afternoon now mind you all this wild I have an elderly lady in the home who won a good day is always cold but now she can’t take the heat. I’m getting attitudes galore at one point, I had someone else called to see if he could get any thing out of them. They hang up on him finally they say oh someone’s gonna be on their way in in 30 minutes. I said don’t bother. We don’t need your services anymore. Had already gotten someone else and fix the problem , no time I would not recommend this company. Disappointed customers and family. Think twice…
