There is nothing rude in my reply or the treatment of staff. I am always polite & respectful. Please put your staff through customer care, without customers you have NO Business!!! FACT

I saw with my own eyes the plates being wiped & not washed. That is not hygiene

Agree with most of the bad reviews on here the females in charge are absolutely rude, no customer service or unable to accommodate simple requests that other restaurants do. Ordered via Uber eats; dahi puri and pani puris they came soggy, didn’t complain as the taste was good, decided to order again and asked that they pack things separately so it’s in an edible condition, they refused and said they can’t do it. It’s not rocket science. I would rather give my money to better service and presentation. If you want to take abuse, go ahead however if you’re done with people thinking they can treat you with disrespect because they are giving you what you want .. take a step back and go somewhere else.

A worst experience ever a worst staff working in this shop
Owner teach your girls staff to speak to customer and how to manage customers
It was second time I visited this place and same thing has been repeated and we tell them anything they are always rude, firstly staff don’t take order properly and later when you tell them anything the will blame you fully
It’s a good thing they got girls staff but who one is trained properly all uneducated girls are working over there

We had recently ordered from uber eats and found that one of our items was missing . Not sure who made the mistake in that , but restaurant owner actually arranged her employee to drop the missing item with something complementary the next day . Now that i was sick and couldn’t go outside , this gesture was much helpful for me and appreciated by my girlfriend . Kudos ?

We got a take away pani puri and vada pav from here recently. The pani puri was tasty, although a little bit spicy. But the vada pav was inedible. It was so spicy that our mouths were burning. we both had upset stomachs, and my husband became unwell which last a few days. We will not be going back, its a shame.

The atmosphere wasn't great, lots of men (thinking they are uber drivers) watching indian sports, speaking to the shop owner opposite. I saw one guy spit in the bin outside Pani Puri. Not great.

Best Pani Puri in Kingsbury with different types of flavoured Pani. Must try dabeli and vadapav real taste of india. No words for the parathas it's really delicious must try cheese paneer paratha.
