My family loves the bread from this bakery, unfortunately the woman that takes our order is rude and unfriendly. She is very short with her answers. Throws the bread in to the bag demands the money without a smile. I wanted to buy cookies but I felt like I was an inconvenience which is funnny bc I’m there providing them business. After pay, she took the next order from the costumer behind me and she was a totally different person to them, she was smiling and being friendly… dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde… Super unwelcoming. A little grace goes a long way… please be nicer to your costumers

I gave a large bill to pay and they acted as if I gave a small bill to pay. Tried to convince me otherwise but I know what bill I handed to them! Back and forth that went no where. Won't be supporting again.

The only thing the security footage validated was that I paid. Which wasn't the issue here. However it doesn't show what bill I paid with. Once you zoomed it the clarity of the video blurred.

Only reason i went here is to support small businesses.. this place isnt that great. The guy is short when it comes to explain the baked goods. The selection is rather limited. The serving size is 1/4 or a actual serving. All baked goods are cold, not room temperature, not warm but cold. The taste quality isnt that great, kind of a neutral flavor. The consistency of the cream fillings is good tho.

Great bread and really good cookies and other baked products. It's a small world. Their bread is so good it reminded me of bread my parents used to buy in Knickerbocker, Brooklyn when I was a kid, in the 70's. To make a really long story short, as it turns out, my parents were buying bread from his parents at that very same bakery in Knickerbocker years ago! Reunited once again with awesome bread that I haven't had in 45 years! Amazing stuff. Best Semolina on long Island, hands down!

So rude and abrasive and they will throw 20 dollars worth of cookies into a bag instead of boxing it up. I have given them a chance several times but their service is just so bad, I would be willing to pay their ridiculous prices if their service was better, but it's just not.

Best Cannoli and best Cartocci (cylindrical Sicilian donut filled with cannoli cream - for anyone not familiar) I ever had. Great cookies and also the Best semolina bread. try the semolina twist you won't eat any other bread again.
