Lost the charm

I tried most of their must try dishes, and unfortunately, I was left disappointed.

Additionally, I had a negative experience where I ordered a paneer masala dosa but was served a Mysore masala dosa instead. Despite my clarification that I had ordered the paneer masala dosa, the lady insisted I had ordered the Mysore masala and was quite rude about it. It was an unusual and unpleasant customer service experience. There's definitely room for improvement.

Ensure you get it confirmed post you order, they are bad in managing weekend peak hrs.

Tried below all dishes, but except pani puri rest were not good at all.

The way they have deteriorated the quality of their food is Unmatched..Have been going to their shop for quite some time now since their inception and can see the difference clearly. They are selling anything in the name of food after increasing prices by average 20%.. they should focus on the quality and cleanliness to sustain ..

We've had pani puri from here now quite a few times now and every time it's just as tasty and fresh the last time!

This time we decided to try Sev Puri and Dahi Bhalla Chaat.

Sev Puri $8: (10/10) it's a must try! You may want to go for pani puri cause that's their main but this is absolutely flavourful! You have to try this.

Dahi Bhalla Chat $10: (8.5/10) The whole flavor of the dish was good but the green mint flavor a bit too strong but still, it's quite good for the competition around.

The seating is very limited so if you're in luck, you may find some place to sit or else enjoy it the old, classic way!

I recently ordered the "9 Flavors of Pani Puri" from this restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations.

The puris were not freshly made, but rather processed and hard, making them difficult to break in my mouth. Worse still, they were burnt.

The dahi bhalla was equally disappointing, with a bizarre, soapy taste reminiscent of dishwashing soap. The texture was soggy and unappetizing.

To top it off, the customer service was subpar. My order took an hour and a half to arrive, and the condition of the packaging was unappealing.

Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The quality of food and service was pathetic.

We ordered two plates of pani puri… it was the best gol pani puri (gol gappay) we’ve tasted in sydney….. quantity was generous… they gave us 3 assorted pani (one was specially to suit our pakistani taste buds as per the owner)…. it was soooo chilled and fresh and soooo yum……burst of flavors i must say…. we loved it… hubby ordered another plate and i ordered dahi bhallay… they were good.. but my favorite is the pani puri… would definitely go back for more….highly recommended ✅✅✅
